A globally recognized figure in the realm of saxophone, Postma has crafted a remarkable discography, including her latest masterpiece “Aria,” unveiled by Edition Records in 2023. Her formative years in New York City, from 2009 to 2013, saw her refine her artistry at the esteemed Manhattan School of Music.
Now based in the Netherlands, Postma shares her expertise as a faculty member at the saxophone departments of Codarts Conservatory in Rotterdam and Amsterdam Conservatory. She also enriches the next generation of musicians as a guest instructor at the Jazzcampus of the Basel Music Academy.
